Touratech: What’s on why and where
| Weekend Tours from £149! |

Touratech Motorcycle tours are based on 2 nights stay, though you’re more than welcome to stay as long as you like! Friday night is meet, greet and eat. We'll do the intro's get a feel for each other (steady on…) have a bit of grub and beer or three and tuck into bye bye's nice and early like good children. At least that’s how it’s supposed to go…
This is how we roll..... Saturday - (full day - averages 200 Miles) To make the most of your available time, we'll meet at the Touratech Shop at 9.30, that way if you're missing any essentials, you can grab them then, plus a tea or coffee from the awfully nice chaps in there.
"there's a lot of country to see"
Then there's a lot of country to see, so so we’ll get straight on with seeing it! There’ll be stops at least every hour to stretch, smoke, grab a cuppa and just generally chat and marvel at the view and gabber about the ride so far.
Most folk take in a decent breakfast, so we've generally not had an all-out lunch stop, plus a big meal can make to a bit dozt and sleepy, not great on a long ride. There'll be a few opportunities to grab a bite of you get peckish though - so don't despair!
You'll have a good appetite for your evening meal at least.... Punctuating the afternoon with some more stops, eventually we’ll realise we’re miles away and everyone needs a pint and a hot shower, so we’ll head back to base.
After hot milk and cookies it's an early night for you (highly unlikely, but don't blame me just bring nurofen) Sunday - (1/2 day - averages 120 miles) we’ll break your fast and be off around 9.30.
This time we'll have a shorter run, taking in some more of the spectacular local scenery, aiming to be back near Touratech HQ for Sunday lunch in the early afternoon.
This schedule is designed to allow you ample time to pack and head home if you're leaving Sunday evening. There's nothing to stop you, going back out on the road and staying the night, or just chilling out with a couple of beers ( in which case we’ll probably come back and keep you company! )
Important notes: Pace and Experience: - Whilst our motorcycle tours are paced to suit you, I'd strongly advise that you'll get the most out of your time if you already have a degree of riding skill. Some of the routes we take are unsuitable for absolute beginners and Welsh roads can bite the unwary - hard.
Road sense and machine handling skills will be tested and indeed improved whilst you're with us - but ideally you do need more than a few months commuting under your belt for your own safety.
Riding Gear:- You (and your pillion) should have appropriate boots, gloves, helmet and at least protective jacket (preferably suitable trousers too). Jeans and trainers won't cut it. Waterproofs are a (VERY) good idea - the IS Wales remember.
Your bike:- PLEASE check your tyres before you come and ensure your bike is in a safe and roadworthy state (seems obvious - but you'd be surprised!) TERMS AND CONDITIONS - By confirming a booking with us, you're confirming your accceptance of these - so please make sure you read them...!
